Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also offer Afterpay — so you can buy now and pay in instalments. Visit our Afterpay page for full details.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Because our pieces are handmade, we begin processing orders quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible at nazima@nazimaknits.com if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee changes once production or packing has started.
Q: Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?

Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Your currency will be automatically adjusted at checkout based on your location. We support dozens of currencies including USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, and many more.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5–7 business days; international shipping can take 10–21 business days depending on your location.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey.
Q: Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
A: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: NazimaKnits accepts returns within 10 days of the order being received. All items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• All original tags still attached
• Free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, or washing powder

Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: We do NOT accept returns on the following:
• Swimwear
• Intimates
• Custom items (based on discretion)
• All items on the Clearance page are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for any return or exchange.
Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
A: We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us at Nazima@Nazimaknits.com within 10 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.
Q: I checked out via Coinbase — how do I handle a return?

Q: How do I care for my NazimaKnits piece?
A: To keep your handmade piece looking its best, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a gentle detergent, laying flat to dry, and avoiding tumble drying or wringing. Always check the care label on your specific item for guidance.
Q: Will the colours fade over time?
A: With proper care, your piece should maintain its colour beautifully. We recommend washing darks separately and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when storing.
